If you need a part for a booked workshop job or an event, check availability before ordering. The important details are where the stock is, when it can leave, and how long delivery is expected to take.

Check the stock status

  • NZ stock: stock held here for dispatch or collection. Check the selected part number or option, as availability can differ between variants.
  • Preorder or supplier order: This part needs to arrive from our factory and may need to be made. It isn't ready for immediate collection from our Christchurch store.
  • Sold out: contact us if you need to check whether more stock can be supplied.

Read the availability note on the individual product, including any preorder wording. Being able to place an order doesn't, by itself, confirm immediate availability.

What does the delivery estimate cover?

A supplier's preparation time, international transit and the courier trip to your address are separate stages. Check whether an estimate refers to supplier dispatch, arrival in New Zealand or delivery to you.

Preorder timing varies by product and can change with manufacturing, freight or customs delays. Express courier delivery won't shorten a supplier's manufacturing or preparation time.

Payment, dispatch and pickup

Our current online preorder terms require full payment at checkout. Read the product details and preorder terms before paying, and ask us first if you need to clarify anything.

Our advertised weekday courier cut-off is 3pm. For an urgent order, confirm the selected item is ready and ask about dispatch before relying on that cut-off. For pickup, wait for confirmation that your order is ready.

Contact us with the product link, selected option, delivery location and required date. For an existing order, include your order number so we can check the right item.
