Politique d'expédition

We will only ship once full payment including shipping cost has been cleared into our account. Full payment is required within 3 business days unless prior arrangements have been made. All return shipping is paid for at your expense.

We process and despatch orders within 24 Hours of receiving payment during business hours, (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm). Our courier cut off time is 3pm NZST on Business days Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 3pm on a business day or during weekend and public holiday will be processed the next business day for despatch or collection. We can accommodate priority and urgent orders within 1-4 hours during our business hours noted above, please contact us to discuss priority orders.

We use Post Haste couriers, Delivery time frame for express is 1-2 Business Days from despatch for metro towns and cities and 2-4 Business days for Rural addresses, please check if your address is rural in the following link  https://www.posthaste.co.nz/address_checker

If you request product delivery to a designated location, we will apply a delivery fee. The delivery fee must be paid concurrently with the product price.

In the event that you have not collected your products within 2 weeks after receiving notification of their readiness for collection, a storage fee of $7.50 plus GST per week may be imposed until the products are collected. If no contact has been made and storage fee settled in full after 6 weeks Turbo Bits reserve the right to dispose of the product.

Delivery will be considered complete once the products have been successfully delivered to the agreed location or when you retrieve the products from our premises (whichever is applicable).

If a parcel is lost or missing, you must inform Turbo Bits in writing that the order has not been received within 13 days of despatch.

If a parcel has arrived damaged, you must inform Turbo Bits in writing that the order has not been received within 6 days of delivery

Orders sent to Waiheke Island, Great Barrer Island, Stewart Island and Chatham Islands will incur additional delivery fee which may not be included in the shipping cost at the time of checking out or on the original invoice.

Turbo Bits reserve the right to use any courier company for domestic and international orders this may differ from what's stated at the time of check out or on your invoice.
