Return Policy

At Turbo Bits, we are committed to ensuring our customers have confidence in every purchase. Please read our Return Policy carefully. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• The return period begins on the date the item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

• All components and accessories must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

• Special order or custom products.

• Electrical items once removed from sealed packaging.

• Installed, modified, contaminated, or damaged parts.

• Clearance, final sale, or promotional items.

• Products unsuitable for resale (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging, oil/fuel contamination).

Return Process

1. Contact us at sales@turbobits.co.nz to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending any item back.

2. The RAN must be included with the return shipment.

3. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

4. All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or supplied incorrectly.

• Turbo Bits will cover reasonable shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

• Customers remain responsible for the goods until they are received by Turbo Bits. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

Refunds, Exchanges & Restocking

• Approved returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued as store credit at our discretion.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• A 20% restocking fee (minimum $25) applies to non-defective returns.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned goods.

Warranty Returns

• Products may also be covered under manufacturer or Turbo Bits warranty.

• Warranty evaluation may take up to 10 business days.

• Approved warranty claims will result in repair or replacement in line with manufacturer guidelines. Refunds are generally not provided for warranty claims.
