This Funk Motorsport Carbon Fibre finish turbo blanket helps contain heat around the turbine housing, reducing heat radiated towards nearby pipework, wiring and other engine-bay components.

Finish and installation
The Carbon Fibre outer finish is intended for installations without direct contact between the outside of the blanket and an exhaust pipe, clamp or other heat source. Where outer-face heat contact is unavoidable, confirm a suitable Inside Out option before ordering.
Read the supplied fitting guide before installation. Initial heat cycles may produce smoke; Funk says this should subside after the first heat cycles. Keep the blanket free of oil, fuel and other flammable fluids, and maintain surrounding lines and fittings to reduce fire risk.
