Additional Information
EA38R uses a completely different ball bearing CHRA design compared to IS28/IS38. The newly designed CHRA makes it possible to fit a dual ceramic ball bearing, which is the same size as Garrett’s. The dual ceramic ball bearing provides quicker response and is 15% faster than general journal bearings.

We enlarged the A/R of the turbine housing based on the OEM manifold and fitted a larger turbine wheel to improve airflow efficiency and reduce exhaust back pressure.
