Selection and installation notes
For turbocharger oil feed lines we recommended using stainless steel fittings for the oil feed line especially at the turbocharger end. This is due to the high temperatures / pressures exposed to the oil feed line. It is not recommended to use alloy fittings for the turbo feed lines as these get brittle over time and can leak or even worse, break. alloy oil feed line failure can cause turbocharger and/or engine failure or even engine bay fires.
