Intended for use with an oil cooler, the internal thermostat ensures engine oil reaches safe operating temperatures quickly and prevents over-cooling.
Reduces excessive engine wear and horsepower losses while improving gas mileage by accelerating engine warm up and preventing oil temperatures from dropping below optimal levels.
The block IN/OUT (4 ports) all have straight threads with an O-ring seal at the thread base.
The block has been designed to keep the height as low as possible to enable location in tight engine areas.
Temperature Note: start open at 71 degree, fully open at 85 degree
