With this new core you will reuse your existing turbochargers compressor and turbine housings along with your actuator. All the high wearing components of the turbocharger (CHRA) will be brand new making this a cost-effective solution to repair worn or failed turbochargers.
We can offer fitting of this core into your turbocharger at additional cost, please enquire for more information.

Please note: This is a Journal Bearing CHRA , We recommend running new oil feed lines as a clogged oil feed line is the #1 cause of the Turbos failing in the first place. Please see our other listings for a feed line replacement.

Turbo Bits XR6 products are available in Journal Bearing and Ball Bearing configurations, supplied as either complete turbochargers or turbo core assemblies. Each option is designed to suit specific applications and operating conditions.
Journal Bearing XR6 Turbochargers & turbo core
Journal Bearing XR6 turbochargers and Journal Bearing turbo core units are designed for factory-style applications only. These products are intended for vehicles operating within original manufacturer specifications and without performance modifications.
Important:
• Journal Bearing XR6 turbochargers and turbo core units are for factory applications only
• Any performance modifications, including but not limited to ECU tuning, engine upgrades, increased boost, or non-standard supporting modifications, are not suitable for use with Journal Bearing products
• For any performance or modified application, Turbo Bits strongly recommends selecting a Ball Bearing turbocharger or Ball Bearing turbo core
