T4 external-wastegate turbo blanket - Inside Out

This Funk Motorsport Inside Out finish turbo blanket helps contain heat around the turbine housing, reducing heat radiated towards nearby pipework, wiring and other engine-bay components.

Fitment

The T4 option for an external-wastegate installation. Match the turbine housing and installation clearances; an inlet-flange designation alone is not enough to confirm blanket fit.

Finish and installation

Inside Out uses heat-contact material on both faces, for installations where a nearby exhaust part or clamp can touch the blanket’s outer surface.

Read the supplied fitting guide before installation. Initial heat cycles may produce smoke; Funk says this should subside after the first heat cycles. Keep the blanket free of oil, fuel and other flammable fluids, and maintain surrounding lines and fittings to reduce fire risk.
